- Since 1984, Samurai has been serving the South Lake Tahoe area with great Asian and sushi dishes. The dining room features a Tatami room with seating for six to 12 people, plus a communal seating area for up to 16 people around the fireplace. The sushi menu includes everything from the classic fish to vegetarian rolls and Nigiri. The tempura and chicken teriyaki is very popular, served on a bed of rice with your choice of soup or salad. The vegetable tempura is also very good.
