Boban is one of the finest restaurants in Split with a reputation that goes back to its founding in 1973. Both the indoor dining room and outdoor terrace are beautiful settings for the consistently excellent food prepared in Boban's kitchens. From seafood preparations to grilled meat to traditional Croatian fare, this place does it all, and does it very well. Boban also offers a few select dishes that use Istrian truffles. Its quality wine list includes such labels as Grgic, Zlatanotok, and Dingac.
