• A true fusion experience, Thai Sapa is a great, unexpected treat. Their menu is very authentic and uses fresh foods--not canned stuff like a lot of restaurants. Not everyone is prepared for truly authentic Thai food, so they have some "mainstream" menu items for the more suspicious eaters. They also feature sushi rolls! A large beer list, saki, and wine rounds out this restaurant's choices. Oh, did we mention the desserts? Mango passionfruit cheesecake...pies...ice cream...yum!
