- Owner Lisa Durgin manages 11 luxury vacation villas. Most are located in the Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole areas. She or her staff greets you at the Cruz Bay ferry dock, escorts you to the rental car agency, follows you to your vacation villa, and is on hand throughout your stay to answer questions and solve problems. This company will also arrange excursions. She has cribs, highchairs and playpens on hand for families with children. No credit cards accepted.
