• The Star of India is a newcomer to St. Kitts and a welcomed one at that. It's so appropriate here, as the English/Indian history seems to have continued and positive influence in the dining scene on all the English, or once-English held Caribbean islands. Start by asking your waiter to bring a sampler plate of several of the appetizers including turnovers and shrimp. The variety of entrees are all prepared to perfection. The curry dishes are not overpowering, the vegetable cooked al dente with wonderful seasonings. Some of the dishes are very spicy, but prepared in a way that even the fainthearted can enjoy.
