- Jake's Steaks has been St. Louis' best steak house for over 20 years. Jake's steaks are all Certified Angus Beef, hand cut, and aged a minimum of 28 days. Our guests come from all over the country to enjoy our 16 oz Cowboy Rib Eye - a center cut, highly marbled bone-in steak. The more ambitious should try our newest cut, The Bull - a 25 oz bone-in fillet. If you can finish it we'll put your name and picture on our Champion Bull Rider Wall of Fame.
We also serve amazing barbeque – the best ribs fall off the bone, which ours do. The savory brisket is smoked and gets its favor from being slow cooked for hours until tender. Our smokers run day and night just to keep up! Be sure to come back and try our great burgers and Tex-Mex. All this mouth-watering food is made from scratch and served up in a casual atmosphere, so it's a great place to meet for lunch or dinner.
