- The Vaughn Cultural Center is affiliated with the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Specifically, the goal of this cultural art center is to make African American art, culture, and history accessible to the community. The center offers a number of artist exhibits that rotate yearly, live performances, jazz and gospel concerts, different classes for children, and an atmosphere to discuss community issues. Many of the activities offered are free. The cultural center is a wonderful place for students to spend time and for families to explore.
