• One of a handful of budget Chinese eateries which have cropped up in the city over the past couple of years, Hua Chao cafe has had its fair share of face-lifts and now looks and feels cleaner and more comfortable than it did in days gone by, though there is bareness about the place which management might have tried to overcome by now. The menu, (which has been translated fairly well into English), isn't the longest in the world but contains reliable enough Chinese fare and for the prices you'll be paying, there should be little cause for complaint.
