Hey! The cheapest will beto take an express bus from the airport which will take you to the first Metro station in the outskirts of the city. Then it's easy to get to MAYAKOVSKAYA metro station, which is very close to the hotel located on Marata street.

Minivan № К3, К13, К213 (about 40 rubles) OR
City bus № 13 , 13а for go to the Metro station MOSKOVSKAYA (about 21 rubles) . Then take Metro and go to TEKHNOLOGICHESKIJ INSTITUT station and there change for go to the VLADIMIRSKAYA station (about 25 rubles). Near Helvetia hotel there are 3 metro stations: MAYAKOVSKAYA, VLADIMIRSKAYA and DOSTOEVSKAYA.

The cheapest option would be to take a bus #13 (about 70 cents), it'll take you to Moskovskaya metro st (blue line), then take a metro to Tekhnologichesky institute (5 stops), change to the red line and then go for another 3 stops to Mayakovskaya metro station. It is the nearest metro station to Helvetia (about 300-400 m).
Have a great time in St Peter!

All of the above answers are perfect.
I always use the Metro and Marshrutkae (minivan taxis, usually yellow or white) to and from the airports in Russian cities, it is a great way to enjoy the city.
