Description:
A 25-year-plus mainstay on the island scene, this funky surfer bar has a laid-back, casual atmosphere, attracting, in the words of a bartender, "people from all walks of life, from boaters to condo renters." Many locals and regulars like to spend lazy Sunday afternoons here. It's a cheap place to eat -- hot dogs and hamburgers are served until 3:30pm. After 4pm, you can order affordable main courses in the restaurant, costing $5 to $18, including the catch of the day and the chef's pork stew. There is live music on Saturday nights beginning at 7pm and on Sunday afternoon from 4pm. There are also some gambling machines and a volleyball court, if that's your thing. Open daily 10am to 10pm.
