Havana Blue, at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef, offers up imaginative Latin-fusion dishes such as black-bean hummus, tuna tartare with soy-lime vinaigrette, star anise duck confit, and miso-crusted sea bass in a chic setting.
The East End Café (Pesce) in Red Hook is popular for fine Italian cuisine and wines, while The Pie Whole in Frenchtown is a winner for fresh gourmet pizza in a more casual setting. The menu at the ultra-romantic Blue Moon Café at Secret Harbour has a great selection of American cuisine, while Gladys' Café in downtown Charlotte Amalie has long been the choice for a great breakfast or West Indian lunch.

Mafolie is located at the Mafolie Hotel, and features an interesting beef and seafood-based menu which includes Caribbean lobster stuffed with crab meat, crab cakes infused with spices, and white Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake.
The elegant Bella Blu is located in Frenchtown and offers a selection of European and Mediterranean favorites like schnitzel, pasta, seafood, chicken and beef dishes.
