Havana Blue, at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef, offers up imaginative Latin-fusion dishes such as black-bean hummus, tuna tartare with soy-lime vinaigrette, star anise duck confit, and miso-crusted sea bass in a chic setting.
The East End Café (Pesce) in Red Hook is popular for fine Italian cuisine and wines, while The Pie Whole in Frenchtown is a winner for fresh gourmet pizza in a more casual setting.
