- The Captains Quarters (CQ) is located on Saint Thomas's "Gold Coast" away from the busy cruise ship section of downtown. CQ is 5 minutes walk to Red Hook, Beaches, 7 restrauants, shopping, and the St. John Ferry. Your room has an excellant view of American Yacht Harbor from a large view deck. Each room has A/C,cable TV, queen bed, and small refrigerator. There are 9 rooms, 5 with private baths, 4 with semi baths. CQ is safe, clean, and affordable located where you should be to enjoy the beautiful Virgin Islands. Our favorite beach is "Secret Harbor" which has an excellant beach, snorkeling, beach bar, and "Blue Moon" Cafe which serves all meals.
