Description:

  • While Equator restaurant, located at the tony Caneel Bay Resort, offers excellent food, it is also one of the most romantic dining spots in St. John. Sitting on top of an old stone mill that was used to grind sugar cane during plantation days, it offers stellar sunset views. The restaurant serves continental contemporary cuisine that often takes its cue from the islands. Try the snapper sauced with banana mango chutney or tomato lobster relish. Desserts run to the sublime. The passion fruit tart with sweet and sour seasonal fruits is excellent.
