Theo's bills itself as "West Indian-Thai Infusion" and offers unique and tasty creations such as mango barbecue wings, red thai coconut curry tofu, pepper-crusted New York strip steak, coconut ital stew, and pigeon peas rice pilaf. The food is made by award-winning local chef Leslie "Theo" Gumbs, who also sells a line of West Indian products such as sauces, marinades and spices around the island. Though the address is Snegle Gade, Theo's is actually located on Back Street (Wimmelskaft Gade) near Cuzzin's restaurant. Hours are 10am-3pm for lunch, and 5:30pm-10pm for dinner. The restaurant is also open after hours from 11:30pm-5am for the late-night post-nightclub crowd.
