Watahoshi is literally just a little shack steps from the sand at Hull Bay beach. Despite its nondescript appearance, the sushi ranks on par with conventional sushi restaurants on the island like Enkai and Buddha Sushi, though it's more traditional and you won't find fancy exotic rolls like at other places. Just superb, well made sushi and sashimi.Seating is limited (only about 12 seats) and hours are too (6-10 pm except Saturday), so don't be disappointed if you show up and there's not a seat available. Best to call and book in advance to guarantee a spot.
