Have an early lunch at Waves for some authentic Caribbean cuisine. Spend the rest of the day acquainting yourself with the yacht, and maybe spending some time in the water, then try out your personal chef's skills for dinner. Dock, and spend part of your day on the excellent Buccaneer Golf Course. It's know as the most scenic course in the USVI, and for good reason. 13 of the 18 holes have views of the Caribbean Ocean. End with dinner at the upscale Starlite Grill. Please, please have dessert. It's worth the calories.

During one of your last days in St. Croix, have breakfast at the charming Beachside Cafe. Local ingredients and a lovely setting make this a must-visit. Check out Sandy Point, a local expert-recommended beach, and whether for lunch or dinner, enjoy a meal at Savant for some gourmet fusion cuisine. It's a bit of a local gem, so enjoy the authenticity and be sure to have something from their impressive wine list.

Spend the day taking a class from your on-board instructor, whether it's snorkeling, windsurfing or something else.

Have lunch or dinner at Indies Restaurant, a true hidden gem in Christiansted. Try to come for some of their awesome Caribbean food on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday for live jazz in the evening.

Today, take a tour of the Cruzan Rum factory. Not only will you get to hear the fascinating history of one of the world's finest rums, but you'll also be able to purchase some of the excellent product. You could take it to a deserted island, make a bonfire and dance around it a la Pirates of the Caribbean...or just take it home with you and enjoy it in a more civilized manner.

This is one of your last days in St. Croix. Enjoy it on the boat, soaking up the sun, eating the gourmet food and letting the worries of the world slip away.

On your last day, return your yacht and take the chance to gently assimilate yourself back into society. Wander the town, go back to a favorite restaurant (or maybe one you stumbled on previously but didn't have a chance to try) and buy one last souvenir. Or maybe your tan will be souvenir enough.
