- The Restaurant Mathias Dahlgren, located in the Grand Hotel, is an exclusive à la carte restaurant which offers two different dining experiences which complement each other through the dual concept of "Matsalen" (The Dining Room) and "Matbaren" (The Food Bar). Chef Mathias aims to create a new Swedish identity – a theme which not only resonates through his offering in cuisine but also through every detail of the restaurant's design, a result of leading British Designer and Creative Director, Ilse Crawford's interpretation. A new menu is presented on a daily basis, which makes it possible to offer the customer the very best in fresh local and global ingredients and products of the day.
