- One of the restaurants in Stockholm privileged with a star in the Guide Michelin, Operakällaren is also a classic among gourmet restaurants. Chef Stefano Catenacci has a state-of-the-art kitchen at his disposal, along with astoundingly competent staff. Modern, traditional dishes dominate the menu. The wine collection is almost heavenly.The main room is open Tue to Sat from 6p-10p, whereas the Operabar and Bakfickan (slightly less ambitious but highly recommended menus) keep more generous hours. Reservations are recommended for the main room, but not for the other two. Check the websites for their menu updates and timings for the day.
