Description:
- If you take a walk in HumlegÄrden during lunchtime on a warm summer's day you will come across someone sitting on a park bench, enjoying a Japanese lunch. They will most probably have bought it one block away, at Sushihuset. During colder weather or in the evenings, it might be more pleasant to sit in the small but tastefully decorated restaurant instead of ordering it and eating in the park. While sipping at your miso soup you can study the chef as he skillfully slices and arranges the sashimi and sushi. The ingredients are high-quality and the food is delicious. Come here and you are likely to gain a new appreciation for Japanese cuisine.
