Several people share a platter, eating with their fingers and using special bread to scoop up whatever is ordered. Try, for instance, the African salad with sheep's cheese, the Ebony-Teller, with couscous, rice, flatbread and various vegetables, or the spicy meat with vegetables. Vegetarians take note: Ebony is a good choice.
