• This bar/restaurant combo a few blocks from the main square is a great place to sneak away from all the action for a relaxed drink. The food isn't the greatest -- the menu offers few surprises with dishes like roasted and grilled meat with a veggie and starch side -- but you come here more to drink than to eat. Grab a seat at the big bar, situated in front of wide windows that catch the breeze and the light just right, or on the shady, open-air patio, and get ready to choose from the huge drink menu. There's live music once a month. As a conversation starter, you can try to figure out the theme of the decor, which includes, among other things, numerous papier-mâché female torsos and a classic image of a Parisian cyclist.
