You are also close to the Circular Quay, which offers transport all over the city. This is a good place to meet other travelers and get a dose of 'pub culture'. Thumping from bands could disturb at night if you are not down there enjoying them.

How good does it get? We settled down for dinner and a drink in the bar, excellent food. Bar staff friendly and the atmosphere perfect. A great relaxing night.
