Description:

When money is tight, you want to party all night, and want the location just right, then try and find the Maze. Actually, it's easily found, and that's probably one of its attractions: right in the heart of the city amid the backpacker haven between Central Railway (with all its budget bus connections) and cheap dining in Chinatown.
Inside the Maze, there's 150 guest rooms ranging from female only or mixed dorms, to singles, twins and doubles (all beds come with free linen and towels). They're clean and the building looks to be well maintained. You might be lucky and even score one of the rooms with Aussie flag duvet covers.
Dinner is free on Monday nights. Plenty of kitchen space and utensils let you cook at other times. The activities director is kept busy; there's something organised nearly every day, and most of it free, like quiz or trivia nights, BBQs, organised pub and club crawls, plus what would any self respecting backpackers be without a drunken session of karaoke.
There's a communal lounge with a large plasma TV and DVD library, while the games room gets packed with people jostling for space playing table soccer, ping pong or pool. The front desk doesn't close, and there are lockers for your valuables.
As their website states; you're sure to have "a-maze-ing times" and "a-maze-ing fun". If that's what you're after, you better make a beeline for the Maze.
