The building is part glasshouse, part warehouse/factory and is an appropriate setting for some of Sydney's finest seafood. The menu offers ten different breeds of oysters, assorted crustaceans and the very best seafood of the day. For those who do not feel fishy there is a good choice of meat dishes, followed by a selection delectable desserts and cheese platters.
