• Hugo's Manly employs two sets of identical twin waitresses. Yes, for real. It's like standing at the bar with a constant case of déjà vu. The bartenders know their stuff here, and the list is lively, punchy and fun. Try a Cubano – Havana rum, Grand Marnier, Frangelico and lime juice, topped with a splash of Coke. If you're at the bar with a crew, order a jug. There's the Manly Iced Tea, a deadly (yet fun) combo of vodka, gin, tequila and Cointreau mixed with juice and jasmine tea, or the Pimm's cooler - just like a Pimm's cup only boozier. Or just drink a beer - they have Kirin on tap (woo hoo!). This is not only a fantastic place for a sneaky afternoon beverage but a hot Manly nightspot with locals and ferry hoppers alike. There's no shortage of hotness at Hugo's: everybody's dressed like it's Fashion Week and there's a lot of swanning around from table to table. Snackish? Pizza is a signature and though it's not the best in town, it's certainly well priced. And the water views are just bonza. All in all, the perfect place to await the ferry after a Manly day trip (Time Out).
