Lord Dudley Hotel (The)

Description:

  • Sherlock Holmes would have been right at home in this very English pub, built in 1890 and virtually unchanged to this day. Locals of all ages who are after a pint, a yarn, and a game of darts frequent the Lord Dudley. Dark red carpeting, roaring log fires, and cosy tables make the Lord Dudley a haven on a dark, cold winter's night. The menu, which is written on blackboards every day, is international with a slight British twist. Try the the Grain Fed Scotch Fillet with Green Beans, Potato Balu and Horseradish Cream. If you still have room for more, finish off with say Baby Pavlova's with marinated Raspberries or Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble.
