Widely regarded as one of Sydney's very best seafood restaurant, Pier is managed by the owner/chef of Doyle's – perhaps Sydney's most legendary Resturant. Pier is located in chi-chi Rose Bay, and the menu is mostly seafood-based, with an emphasis of fresh, in-season ingredients, and wonderful presentation…. Pier was named Australian National Resturant of the Year for 2008 by Australian Gourmet Traveller. It was also recently listed as one of the world's top hundred restaurants in the S. Pellegrino World's Best Restaurants list. A warning: it is very expensive. But it is certainly fun. And very very good. Not for vegetarians.
