Description:

This flora feast sits just off the main road in Caringbah. Duck ponds, streams and waterfalls are sprinkled around large, sloping grounds. The camellias fill the trees, pretty in pink. Overlooking Yowie Bay in the Sutherland Shire, the gardens are named after Sydney's own camellia expert and were established in 1970. A special senses garden sits on the lower level of the grounds and the quaint teahouse is a major draw card for locals.
