    • Opened on Australia Day (26 January) 1988, this park marks 200 years of white settlement in the country. As well as extensive areas of native trees and shrubs, walkers can also enjoy landscaped watercourses and a specially designed boardwalk. This is an easy walking circuit of two kilometers. There is a barbecue area and children's play area. From here you are also ideally located for exploring the picturesque North Shore area.
