Lavender Gardens and Tea Rooms

Description:

  • If you love the scent of lavender, then drive out to the Heritage and Cultural award winning Lavender Gardens and Tea Rooms at the historic village of Lake Bathurst. There are 450 lavender bushes which bloom from November to February. You can buy lavender oil, soaps, lavender flavored honey and shortbread, some of which is sourced from Tasmania. Oil from the first plants here has just been distilled and will soon be in the shop. When visiting stay for a delicious morning or afternoon tea or lunch.
