Manly to North Head Walk

Description:

  • Perhaps one of the most spectacular walks in the Manly area, North Head marks the entrance to Sydney Harbor and the views are sensational. This 10-kilometre walk follows roads and paths with a steep climb to the North Head Reserve. Along the way you will pass historic buildings, including the old Quarantine Station. The history is fascinating and all the buildings are still intact. The 135 bus from the Quarantine Station will take you back to the city. Alternatively you can retrace your steps to the ferry wharf.
