Description:

• Blue Note Jazz Club has been satisfying the musical whims of Taipei's jazz connoisseur since the 1970s. The bar is especially popular with the expatriate community of the city who come for the huge record collection and nightly performances by local Taiwanese jazz musicians. The owner prefers the simple instrumental sounds of jazz, so you'll rarely hear a vocal performance. The walls of the cozy bar are adorned with portraits of jazz greats.
  
  Jazz lovers get thirsty too, and Blue Note has you covered with a decent selection of beers, wine, and jazz-themed cocktails. If you have the munchies, the bar offers a few Taiwanese finger foods and some darn good fried noodles.
