- With ample velvet sofas, a huge dance floor, silver sequined ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, PLUSH, located on the 12th floor of the Living mall, offers the best views of the surrounding city from any bar in town. The young, fashionable crowd is a nice mix of locals with a few foreigners peppered throughout.
If you're not the night owl type but still want the views, PLUSH is open for dining from 11am to 9pm.
