    • The Grand Hyatt Taipei earned a spot on the prestigious Conde Nast Traveler 2011 Gold List, the only hotel in the city to receive the honor. Located next to the Taipei 101, the Grand Hyatt sits at an ideal location to explore the city. A covered walkway takes you directly from the hotel to the Taipei 101 Mall for easy shopping and dining.

      While the rooms are large and clean, they're beginning to show signs of age, and internet access will cost you. Service is up to par with the Hyatt standard worldwide, but the property could really use a makeover to really live up to the location and the Hyatt name.

      It's looking a bit tired
