- Although relocated from an old Japanese era house to this new location, Boss has tried to remain faithful to its original style and traditional Taiwanese cuisine serving oven baked rice, excellent bamboo shoots and the like. It's open late and offer very reasonable prices...A great place to gather with friends late at night to sip tapped Taiwan beer and munch on a selection of local specialties.
