The casual dining establishment was started by a Taiwanese American who has actually spent time living in Philly, so you can rest assured he knows what cheesesteak is supposed to taste like. The menu includes a variety of American-style burgers and sandwiches in addition to the cheesy good stuff. Don't expect any fancy cheese though. This place uses vats of the molten cheese product that has made movie nachos and Arby's sandwiches famous.
