Not only is Chili's one of the best bets for American food in the city, it's also a great happy hour option, and unlike some places in Taiwan, a margarita ordered from Chili's actually tastes like a good old Texas-style margarita.
  
  The restaurant looks just like the ones in the U.S. with plenty of seating for groups, high chairs and crayons for kids, and big, big portions. The prices are higher than what they are back home, but the quality makes it worth it.
