Every child or child-at-heart who has a healthy appreciation for the ice cream sandwich will love i-baked. Run by two childhood friends with a love of baking and American-style cookies, i-baked bakes up thirteen varieties of cookies: dark chocolate with M&Ms, chocolate marshmallow, vanilla brown sugar, almond toffee candy, double chocolate, walnut white chocolate, oatmeal chocolate chip, oatmeal white chocolate cranberry, vanilla M&Ms, dark chocolate with white chocolate chunks, peanut butter, dark chocolate with cranberries and the traditional chocolate chip cookie.
  
  Visitors can pick two cookies and one of five ice creams to build their own ice cream sandwich. If that's not enough, i-baked also serves cupcakes, brownies and blondies.
