Well, Lohas is the place for you: it's in Renai Park. This gives you enough fresh air and lets you enjoy eating, while listening to the bands pour their souls out. They also offer healthy food options if you're health-conscious as well. Unfortunately, they're off on Mondays. Their Xindian branch is open, though.
