Description:
- Rong Xing Garden was once a splendid city garden that was always crowded during weekends. Over the years, the ownership of the garden has changed hands too many times for the proprietors to be too concerned about its upkeep. This once magnificent European-style garden has lost a lot of its charm, but the fact that it has remained despite the building boom in downtown Taipei is quite remarkable. It is open to the public and has a good walking trail.
