The Best of NileGuide
- Tallinn likes to party at night for the same reasons the Scandinavians like to: the sun, or lack thereof. In the summer Tallinn is packed with visitors and locals alike who are trying to soak up as much sun as possible before the cold, harsh winter rolls in, swamping the city in much darkness and powdery white stuff. Then again, that's just another reason to go out to the bar and forget what the weather is like outside! Your best bet for having a fun night out on the town is to head to the old town section of Tallinn where many of the bars and clubs have found a home for themselves over the years since the Soviets dissipated and a more democratic people were free to boogie down to loud music and a new world.
