- Balthasar, with it's garlic dishes, is one of the most outstanding restauraunts in Tallinn. Apart from the delicious food, also the waiters of the restauraunt have a high level of professionalism which not so common in many other places in Tallinn. In this restauraunt you will not only enjoy the food but also the interior. This restauraunt might also have one of the best views in Tallinn, overlooking the Town Hall Square.
