I am travelling to Tallinn with 3 friends next week from Thursday to Saturday and we were hoping to play volleyball with a group of girls.

If the weather is nice go some of the Tallinn public beaches and find partners to play, nets are free to use. Pirita and Stroomi are closest ones
Another option is to search volleyball club in Tallinn and play there. Some sandy courts are in Mustamäe area.
