- At St. Petersburg Nights, the staff brings a touch of Russia to the sandy beaches of Florida with music, shows, singers, dancers and traditional food all rolled together for a night of good food and entertainment. From the menu, guests have specialties such as Ukrainian borsht, creamy potato soup, crepes with red caviar, Siberian style chicken liver or savory beef stroganoff ending with tasty bakery goodies. Nightly entertainment features everything fun from belly dancing and live music to smooth solo saxophone and singing performances.
