• The Florida Aquarium is one of Tampa's premiere attractions for singles and families alike.  See local marine life up close as well as thousands of other sea plants and animals.  Touch a sting-ray in the touch pool while listening to fascinating facts about this unique creature.  Or watch a live dive show where a diver  talks to you from inside one of the enormous tanks filled with tropical fish.  Live animal encounters are scheduled throughout the day where you can learn about some interesting animals and marine life.  For lunch step outside to the Tampa Tribune Carribean Cantina and choose from some grilled selections while the sounds of island music surround you.  The children will enjoy the outdoor wet area where they can climb aboard a pirate ship and spray water guns or run through the mists of water spraying out cooling water.  If you want to make a full day of it, you can also book the Wild Dolphin Ecotour which is a 90 minute cruise though Tampa Bay in search of what else, dolphins!
