This trendy, new Japanese and sushi restaurant, in Colonia Palmira and not far from the Honduras Maya, may be pricey, but it's for a good reason. The rolls, sashimi, and teppanyaki are all beautifully prepared and the service is outstanding. Since this is one of the city's more decidedly upscale dining spots, on most evenings you'll find a group of beautiful young people drinking and sharing a sushi boat here.
