Description:
In operation for 3 decades, El Patio is legendary in the capital for its Honduran cuisine. The rustic atmosphere, complete with a brick patio and open grill, seems to have struck a chord with the populace and has attracted everyone from priests, presidents, and famous Honduran musicians. Grilled meats and chicken are the specialty and are all served with french fries, plantains, or onion rings. There's also a large pinchos menu, consisting of small meat plates with kabobs of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, or chorizo all prepared in a dozen different ways.
