    • The oldest buildings in Tegucigalpa are downtown, the mayority of the museums, the oldest churchs, the oldest houses, you can begin either on the La Merced Church, and beside it is the first building of the National University, where there is a museum now, it is also beside de National Congress, near by is also the old Presidential House, the Cathedral, the Hombre Museum, the National Mail Post Building in front of this building is another museum our National Identity Museum ( It was the first general Hospital), also the Los Dolores Church, the old Building of the María Ausiliadora School, the Leona Park, where you can have a nice view of all the downtown.
