Description:
Blintzes, doughy crepes filled with either sweet or savory ingredients, are a well-loved East and central European tradition. At this long-running blintz paradise, the dozens of choices are all vegetarian, and run from mushroom goulash in paprika blintzes to sweet cheese or apple and cinnamon -- all served with a dollop of sour cream if you choose. There are good soups and salads to round out a meal. At the holiday of Shavuot, when dairy dishes are traditionally eaten, you'll need a reservation just to get near the place.
